"Fairly healthy" at 37... until the test results came back
Most people think they’re "fairly healthy" until we actually look under the hood.
Take my colleague Nick Pineault, for example. At 37, he was doing everything "right." Low body fat, amateur athlete, eating organic, and taking high-quality supplements. Yeah, he had some brain fog, digestive issues, and stubborn acne—but in our modern world, we’ve been conditioned to think those are just "normal" parts of aging.
They aren’t.
Nick went to a top environmental medicine clinic to investigate how they were treating "mystery" illnesses. As a journalist, he decided to run his own labs just to see what was there.
The results were a massive wake-up call.
His lead levels were 34 times the reference range. That’s the kind of toxicity we usually only see in industrial welders who’ve been in the trade for 30 years. Nick has never welded a day in his life. His mercury? 29 times the reference range.
Three different doctors confirmed it: The guy who went in to tell a story discovered he was the story. He needed a serious intervention.
Nick spent the next year following the exact protocols developed by environmental medicine pioneers—the same ones we talk about on the podcast. He did the work, both at the clinic and at home, and the transformation was night and day. His mental clarity, mood, and daily energy didn’t just "improve"—they were completely rebuilt.
You can see the whole process, including the testing and the protocols, in this new documentary:

If a "healthy" 37-year-old can be walking around with welder-level lead toxicity, it’s time to stop guessing and start testing. This documentary shows you exactly what’s possible when you stop managing symptoms and start clearing the burden.
P.S. Heavy metals like lead and mercury love to hide in your tissues, and you won’t find them on a standard blood test from your GP. If Nick hadn’t done this specific testing, he’d still be struggling with "normal" brain fog today. Watch the film and see how you can start your own investigation.
