While Evan can personally review your labs, design your initial protocol, and hold bi-weekly group check-ins, the program is built around self-paced courses, masterclasses, and group learning. It is designed to teach you how to become your own best health advocate. If you require private, dedicated 1:1 clinical management, we recommend reaching out to our clinic to discuss private practitioner care.
Step 1: Access & Claim. Log into FAME Community – Better Belly Premium to complete onboarding and request your test kits.
Step 2: Learn & Engage. Go through course modules and join group calls while your lab results process (2–4 weeks).
Step 3: Lab Review. Submit your Better Belly Premium Intake Form to receive your review live on a group call, behind the scenes, or via your Annual PLUS call.
Step 4: Continuous Guidance. Get daily protocol support in the Community Q&A, join specialized group calls (Initial Reviews or 3-Month Check-Ins), or book a 1:1 consultation for complex needs.
Twice-monthly live group calls where you can ask questions, get personalized guidance based on your lab results, and learn from Evan and other members. There are also protocol check-in group calls every 2 months.
An active subscription to the Entry Level (monthly plan) gives you access monthly until you cancel. The annual plans gives you access for 12 months and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
You may order a test add-on for a one-time payment of $997 per person which includes the OAT and GI Map. Note that this does not include the monthly subscription and does not give your family members or friends subscription access. However, you may use your active subscription to have their results reviewed during a group call or on the backend.
The Entry Level plan is $997 upfront, then $197/month. The Annual Plan is $1,997 and the Annual Plan Plus is $3497. However, each subscription is not payable via a payment plan.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting our team. However, there are no refunds for the subscription or test kits.
