Ultimate Smoothie Recipe


This is the official Not Just Paleo smoothie — low in sugar with a strong dose of healthy fat and moderate protein. It’s delicious and will keep you satisfied for hours. Make sure you use grass-fed whey and all-organic ingredients are preferred.

Incredibly wholesome and nutritious way to end your night.


  • 6-8 oz of Organic Hemp Milk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 1 handful of Organic Blueberries
  • 1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder (recommendations below)
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter (Raw and Organic is best, but it's pricey)
  • Organic cinnamon powder as desired
  • 1 tbsp Organic Coconut oil
  • Optional: Handful of organic leafy greens such as kale or spinach
  1. Add milk to blender
  2. Add protein to blender
  3. Add everything else to blender
  4. Blend and enjoy.
